Success Is A Commitment Not An Accident: The Three Steps -- Part II

There are several important steps that are required for anything we dream about doing in life. When it comes to success, here are Three Steps of Success:

1. Dream -- You need to think big, dream big, and want to achieve big things.

2. Commitment -- You have to demonstrate a willingness to do whatever it takes to turn your dreams into realities. Only a few people are willing to make that commitment.

3. Ability -- You must have the knowledge, skills, finance, personality and ability to turn your dreams into reality.

Dream, commitment and ability are the three things that will let you achieve your objectives. The dream is only the beginning. It is the foundation for you to build upon. You need to make a personal commitment. You need the ability to get the job done.

Those who persist in network marketing are the true entrepreneurs. You will succeed if you are putting the commitment required to get the job done. The people who get through these three steps: dreams, commitment and ability are a very small number of the vast sea of people with lots of dreams. So you will never have to worry about market saturation when it comes to success.

Every one has dreams, but only a few will ever make a commitment to achieve their dreams. Only a select few will demonstrate the desire and persistence to persevere and turn their dreams into realities.

Most people don’t have these qualities naturally to pursue those dreams, and they don’t know how to develop the ability. That is why there will never be an over-abundance of leaders. It is for this reason why you are the most important person in your business.

The critical step to success is commitment. Once you are committed to doing something everything else can be learned. The most important part is your willingness to do whatever it takes that is ethical to achieve your dreams. Once the commitment is there you can acquire the knowledge, skills and ability. You can learn how to budget and how to start small, and your commitment will motivate you to persevere against all odds to realize your dreams.

The few people who persist with their dreams are the ones who ultimately succeed. The top leaders in every field experience the same internal battles. We all face those same challenges in different ways. The people who are successful win more of those battles. What makes them different is that they don’t yield to those immediate feelings at the expense of their dreams and goals. They all wrestle with doubts, fears, fatigue, and misunderstanding by others.

The key to success is discipline and drive. You have to focus on your desire to succeed. You have to have a desire that comes from deep within you. You either have this internal desire or you don’t. You can strengthen that desire with exercise such as reading or listening to something uplifting for at least 30 minutes every day. It will help to build your sustainable motivation. As a human being, your sustainable motivation is going to run out at some point. So you will need to constantly recharge your mind, stay plugged in, and stay committed to your dreams.
