You Can Be The One To Succeed:Develop Your Sustainable Motivation -- Part V

Network marketers who actually take action have experience success, and they are in the industry’s average of 1 in 50. The people who get into action are getting results, and their success becomes its own motivation.

At first it is hard to get the ball rolling to get momentum. You get motivated by the success you experience. When you break your momentum it is difficult to get things going again. Enthusiasm is not the only thing that will keep you going. When you lose your enthusiasm, when your attitude level drops, when obstacles come into your life that is the time when you need to demonstrate your sustainable motivation.

Most of the time, people think if they go out and act enthusiastic everything else will fall into place. You need to know that enthusiasm is not a long-term motivator. Most people drop the ball, and they don’t work consistently when they are going through challenges. In order to survive the setbacks in life, you have to develop an optimistic attitude and develop a sustainable motivation.

All the motivational books and speeches from your upline are external motivation. They will equip you for success and will help you develop a sustainable motivation. You have to focus on that internal drive or internal motivator which you must consistently cultivate. Your sustainable motivation is your internal unrelenting drive to overcome your obstacles with positive outcomes. Only you can provide this internal drive or sustainable motivation.

You must spend about 30 minutes every day reading something uplifting and positive. You have to learn something new everyday that will move you forward. Overtime you will develop that sustainable motivation. The internal motivation is within you.

When you face challenges and obstacles it will pop-up and will move your business forward. It does not mean that you will not get derail at times. With sustainable motivation it will help you to stay focus. It will help you to say this is what I must do even though I’m facing challenges that are difficult. I will make it through and achieve the things I want.

Sustainable motivation is not just having an affirmation and telling yourself good things will happen. It is getting into action and turning your dreams into reality. A lot of people think they need to be motivated first before they take action. You first have to get yourself started into action and consistently build momentum.

You have to take action consistently to develop your state of mind and sustainable motivation which will further help you to build your drive and passion. No body can tell you that you have sustainable motivation. One day you will realize you have it. When you face a huge challenge you will realize that you always had sustainable motivation.

Do you want to be the one to succeed in network marketing? Do you want to be the one to beat the odds? You can do it. Most of the people in the high 90% who want to build the business and are willing to take action are successful. Here is the key to your success. You have to tell yourself – “I can’t give up when things get tough.”

You can’t give up when obstacles come in your way, because obstacles and setbacks will show up to test your stamina and determination. One of the best way to make sure you are not going to give up is to be motivated by what you are doing. You have to consistently focus on prospecting and finding quality business partners whose time and effort you can leverage off in a win-win strategy to build the business.

It is not picking up the phone and doing the typical show and tell. It is using effective marketing strategies. This marketing strategy is based on the concept of sharing your favorite coffee with your friends. You are telling them how wonderful and tasty it is, and then you let them decide for themselves if they want it or not. It is a natural approach. If you are motivated by what you are doing, you are in a much different state that keeps you excited and passionate about what you are doing.

You are thinking about all the things you can focus on that is positive when you are building your business. Think about all the things you can feel good about as you build your business. Think about all the people you can help with your business. How can your business add value to their lives? How can your business improve their situations? Close your eyes and think realistically and not in terms of the get rich scheme. In this business everyone wants to make it massively rich and quick. Think about it in the real everyday life. What does an extra $500 per month means to many families?

In real life most people are looking to earn an extra $500 to $1,000 per month. Do you know what kind of a difference it will make to the income of most families? What would you have to do in your job to make and extra $500 per month? Even if you are making a good salary an extra $500 per month is a huge raise. What about $1,000 per month? What would you have to do to get that kind of raise? How much money would you have to keep in a CD to earn $1,000 per month? Do you know how realistic it is to make $1,000 per month in network marketing?

Think of how your business can impact your prospects in terms of their financial freedom and financial security. Think of how you can help to reduce their stress and worries and help provide financial independence for some families.

When you call prospects, focus on the positive side and the pleasure of helping them to achieve their goals, and you will find your business enjoyable and full of fun. When you start focusing on the positive conversations with prospects, not everybody will be interested in your offer. But people will respond to your message and that will be the highlight of your day, week, month, and your business will be the highlight of your life. And it will be great to see how you are impacting other people’s lives. When you did not think you could succeed in network marketing.
