Are You A Leader?

“A leader must have a crystal clear vision, mission, purpose, destination, strategy and tactics for his journey.

He must boldly and confidently lead with decisive courageous conviction. He must always demonstrate the highest, ethical standards, integrity, equity, trust and respect for others.
He must be genuinely concerned about the welfare of his followers. He must lead with LOVE, COMPASSION, HUMILITY, and a deep of sense of APPRECIATION, and GRATITUDE.

He must always encourage his followers to share their thoughts and ideas. He must always challenge his followers to excel to greater heights. And above all, above all else, his leadership style must be so distinctly different, that at the end of the journey, his followers must be proud to have known him.

They must be able to say with unwavering confidence, “we loved him. He really challenged us to change our lives for the better. Thank God, in Christ Jesus, for leading us and allowing us to have met such a man as this.”

Leadership
“Things happen because of good leaders. Each of us responds to leadership whether it is good or bad. Leadership is the ability to have a vision and goals and capitalize on them. Leadership is sharing your vision. It is sharing your vision with passion so that it excites other people. How can you help more people become successful?”

“Every successful person first sat down and decided what it is they really wanted out of life. They then made a specific goal and devised a plan of action to achieve that very goal. Few people understand that a definite plan plus a burning desire for wealth are the only dependable means of accumulating wealth.

Achieving large amounts of wealth is possible and will only happen if you commit yourself to that goal. It isn’t the result of luck. It is the result of total commitment to a specific goal. And once you’ve made a firm commitment to you goal, it will happen because your mind will create new ways and alert you to opportunities to help you achieve your desired goal.”
